Al Bastini’s charming terraced gardens are full of the aromas of Mediterranean herbs and have lots of varied spots for everyone to sit and enjoy the views. There are three al fresco seating areas: the covered loggia (outside the kitchen), a terrace with dining table and pizza oven and barbecue and a wisteria-covered pool-side loggia – all with wonderful views. As the daylight fades, the valley is alight with twinkling lights – and there are several magical places to sit and breathe in the evening air.
Close by the house, there is a gated 10 x 5m saltwater swimming pool (new in 2022 and which can be heated on request) with plenty of sunbeds and a wisteria-covered loggia.
Al Bastini enjoys peace and privacy and is surrounded by seven acres of terraced gardens, mostly covered with olive, fruit and nut trees. There is covered parking for two cars and further parking for two more cars.
